Dazu wird ein Gemisch aus Wasser und Hopfen in der Vorrichtung auf Temperaturen von bis zu 100 \u00b0C erhitzt. Nach der Isomerisierung werden die Feststoffe (etwa 5 bis 10 % des Gesamtvolumens) von der Fl\u00fcssigkeit getrennt, beispielsweise durch Sedimentation oder eine geeignete Filtration. Die Feststoffe werden anschlie\u00dfend wieder in die W\u00fcrze zur\u00fcckgef\u00fchrt. Kern sind zwei neue und innovative L\u00f6sungsans\u00e4tze, welche die Nachteile des verf\u00fcgbaren Standes der Technik beseitigen sollen.<\/p><p>Angestrebte Zielparameter:<\/p><ul><li>Prozessenergie-, Anlagen- und Raumeinsparungen im Vergleich zum Stand der Technik.<\/li><li>Reduktion des Rohstoffverlustes f\u00fcr Hopfen von 70\u00a0% auf 24\u00a0%<\/li><li>Minimierung der Verdampfung von Hopfens\u00e4uren, atherischer \u00d6le des Hopfens und insbesondere Hopfenpolyphenole bei der Kochung<\/li><li>In dieser besonders vorteilhaften Ausf\u00fchrung kann die Hopfung weiterhin in der W\u00fcrzepfanne und zus\u00e4tzlich bei allen nachgelagerten Prozessschritten (Whirlpool, G\u00e4rtank, Lagertank oder Drucktank) erfolgen -&gt;
